<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a polyamic acid precursor in which calcium carbonate is physically and chemically combined by adding aromatic dianhydride and aromatic diamine in a calcium carbonate dispersion solution after dispersing the nano-sized calcium carbonate, in which surfaces are modified by silane coupling agents, in an organic solvent. A polyimide resin manufactured by dehydrating and condensing the polyamic acid precursor has excellent heat resistance, mechanical strength, chemical resistance and scratch resistance and exhibits low thermal expansion coefficient, high moisture and excellent gas transmission prevention. The polyimide resin according to the present invention is able to be used to a semiconductor layer insulation material, a flexible printed circuit, a semiconductor device and the like requiring various functions and properties by being manufactured in a thin film shape and is able to be applied as a next generation transparent display substrate material.</p> |
