摘要 <p>A binding apparatus for an existing dried-noodle binding machine is capable of properly binding dried noodles with a weight of 100 g or less into a bundle (a bundle of a proper amount of boiled noodles) or a single serving of food using a laminated film (united thin sheets) with a layered synthetic resin so that thermal fusion sealing can be performed on paper. The binding apparatus binding the dried noodles into the proper bundle binds the dried noodles loosely in order to extract the dried noodle easily. When using a shock absorbing material to prevent damage due to vibration and a shock in a transportation process, the binding apparatus causes an increase in costs. To make up for the above demerits, when applied with a tensile force to maintain the cylindrical shape of the bound dried noodles, the dried noodles can be broken. In addition, an increase in costs can be caused because the laminated film must be customized. Furthermore, a dried-noodle binding machine binding the existing cylindrical dried noodles with a weight of 100 g or more does not exist, so a worker must bind the dried noodles fundamentally. According to the present invention to solve the above problems, a binding apparatus for a dried-noodle binding machine is capable of binding the dried noodles tightly and maintaining the cylindrical shape of the dried noodle compared with an existing dried-noodle binding machine for the dried noodles with a weight of 100 g or less, thereby preventing the dried noodles from being loosely bound to be damaged when the dried noodles are transported. In addition, the binding apparatus according to the present invention is capable of mechanically and automatically binding the dried noodles with a weight of 100 g or more, thereby maximizing production efficiency and reducing production costs. The binding apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a film roll driving part (410) installed on a frame, and intermittently feeding a plastic film (401); a film loosening prevention part (460) installed on a film transfer guide (420), and preventing the plastic film (401) from being transferred reversely; a pair of grips (430) installed on grip connection brackets (438) by knobs (439); a holding part (470) preventing the initial drooping of the plastic film (401) and applying a tensile force to the plastic film bound on the dried noodles when the rotating plastic film (401) is bound on the dried noodles; a tensile force adjustment part (450) having sensors (451, 452) controlling the motor (405) of the film driving part (410), applying a tensile force to the plastic film (401), and feeding the plastic film (401) without entangling the plastic film (401); and a sealing and cutting part (480) having a cutting block (482) cutting the plastic film (401) not using a physical impact but using heat, and having a sealing block (483) sealing the plastic film (401) using heat. Each of the grips (430) has three jaws (431, 432, 433) of one upper jaw (433) and two side jaws (431, 432) which are capable of rotating when coupled to each other by hinge pins. The upper jaw capable of moving up and down is fixed to a stepped connection bracket (435) by a bolt, wherein the connection bracket (435) having a spring (436) on the outer circumference thereof penetrates an upper fixing plate (434).</p>
