The manufacturing method of a block flooring comprises: (S100) a lumber cutting process of manufacturing wood blocks comprising the cross sections of a lumber forming the upper and lower surfaces formed by being cut to be at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the machining-treated lumber; (S110) a moisture penetration process of making moisture penetrate into the wood block by making the wood block sink under water or supplying steam to the wood block; (S120) a compression process of compressing the wood block containing moisture by penetration; (130) an aging process of aging the compressed wood block; (S140) a sanding process of sanding the upper and lower surfaces of the aged wood block; (150) an impurity removal process of removing impurities in the wood block by injecting a paraffin liquid at 190-210°C into the wood block; (160) a machining process of manufacturing a block flooring (10) by machining the side of the wood block; (170) a first waterproofing process of waterproofing the block flooring by injecting the block flooring in the paraffin liquid at 140-160°C; (180) a precision machining process of precisely machining the side of the block flooring; and (190) a second waterproofing process of waterproofing the block flooring by injecting the block flooring in the paraffin liquid at 90-110°C. The construction method of a block flooring comprises the following processes of: coupling a screw nail to the bottom surface of the block flooring; placing cement on the bottom surface to be constructed; and making the wood floorings be spaced apart from each other and buried in the cement while making the upper surface of the wood flooring be exposed to the outside before the cement is cured.
