Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a method and device for scheduling. The method comprises: a first UE receives an indication message transmitted by a network side device, where the indication message is used for indicating a second interval time period, and the second interval time period comes after an authorized transmission time period of the first UE; and, the first UE retransmits within the second interval time period to the network side device data that the first UE failed to transmit during the authorized transmission time period of the first UE. In the embodiments of the present invention, the first UE is allowed to retransmit within the interval time period the data that failed to be transmitted to the network side device, as such, prevented is resource wastage caused by upper-level retransmission when the first UE reports a data transmission failure to an upper level.
