<p>A device (100) for manufacturing a foamed plastic-molded product, of the present invention, comprises: a molding machine (120) supplied with steam (S) from a main steam pipe (110) and carrying out heating for molding a foamed plastic product; a waste steam recovery part (200) recovering waste steam (S') generated in the molding machine (120) to supply the same in a recyclable form; and a drying process part (300) for drying the foamed plastic-molded product by using the steam (S) supplied from the main steam pipe (110) and the waste steam (S') supplied from the waste steam recovery part (200). In addition, a pre-foaming process part (400) supplied with the waste steam (S') from the waste steam recovery part (200) can be further included as necessary. The waste steam recovery part (200) includes a waste steam recovery tank (210), a pressure adjustment pipe (220), an expansion tank (230) and an auxiliary tank (250) as main constituent elements, wherein the negative pressure generated in the waste steam recovery tank (210) can be released and pressure can be adjusted.</p> |
