An electrical connection box comprising: a base section (10); a cover section; a base plate supporting section (30); and a base plate (metal core base plate (50) or a multilayer base plate (60)). The cover section covers at least part of the base section (10) and has a terminal housing section formed therein. The base plate supporting section (30) is formed on an inside wall (inner peripheral wall) of a side plate (12) of the base section (10). The base plate is supported by the base plate supporting section (30) and has attached thereto terminals housed in the terminal housing section. The base plate supporting section (30) has a plurality of support locations (lower support locations (31) and upper support locations (32)) at different heights. The base plate is supported by only either the lower or the upper support locations.
