<p>PURPOSE: A tool device for sensing breakage of the machine tool is provided to be installed in a location which is away from a tool movement route. CONSTITUTION: A tool device for sensing breakage of the machine tool comprises a standby port(20), a drive motor(110), a ball screw(120), a nut block(130), a linear block(150), a linear guide(160), and an optical sensor(170). A tool is waited in the standby port. The drive motor is numerically controlled. The ball screw is evenly arranged with the axial direction of the tool. The ball screw is driven with the drive motor. The nut block is fixed and coupled in the ball screw. The linear block is arranged in one side of the nut block. The linear block is installed in the linear guide, and the linear guide linearly exercises. The optical sensor is arranged in one side of the linear block and detects the tool.</p> |
