PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice enhancement device, and its method and program that can improve articulation of a voice of a voice signal without changing loudness and voice quality.SOLUTION: A voice analysis section receives the voice signal, analyzes the voice signal at p-sample intervals, and outputs a fundamental frequency f(i) of each sample, an aperiodicity index A(i,f), and spectrum power P(i,f). Then an aperiodic index conversion section converts a value A(i,f) of the aperiodicity index within a predetermined frequency range into a periodicity index A'(i,f) after conversion decreasing as the frequency increases and a minimum periodicity index A'(i,f) after conversion of the periodicity index A'(i,f) after conversion, and outputs them. A voice synthesis section synthesizes a voice synthesized sound using the fundamental frequency f(i), spectrum power P(i,f), and aperiodicity index A'(i,f) after conversion. |
