PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device and a system which enable a network to automatically identify and detect a radio network problem that occurs in user equipment (UE), and adjust and optimize the network itself.SOLUTION: When user equipment (UE) has a radio network problem, on re-establishing or establishing radio resource control (RRC) connection or after establishing the RRC connection, a cell having established the RRC connection with the UE receives radio network problem information transmitted by the UE, and transfers the problem information to a server or a cell having the radio network problem. |
