PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic fiber-containing clad material imparted with lightness characteristics of aluminum and adiabaticity of an inorganic fiber.SOLUTION: An inorganic fiber-containing clad material 1 is cladded with an inorganic fiber sheet 3 having stitches between two aluminum sheets 2 composed of pure aluminum or an aluminum alloy by cold rolling.
