<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic dispenser capable of ensuring anti-theft property of a money processor against a theft attempt with tools such as bars without increasing the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic dispenser includes: an outer door 20 swingably arranged on the left side edge part of a body cabinet 10; a storage part 40 for storing a bank bill processing unit 30 held on the back face of the outer door 20 in such a manner as to surround the bank bill processing unit 30; and a cover member 50 which swings so as to open/close a back face opening 40a formed by the storage part 40 by insertion of a shaft member 1 into a hollow part of a curl part 421 of the body side and a curl part 521 of the cover side in a state in which the curl part 521 of the cover side formed by curing a part of its own base end part enters the curl part 421 of the body side formed by curling curl formation parts formed at each specified interval on the top end part of a left side frame member 42 of the storage part 40.
