PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced composite material which is a fiber composite material obtained by integrating a fiber material with a matrix resin and is excellent in storage controlling properties of a prepreg, moldability, heat resistance and light resistance and is improved in flexural strength, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a fiber-reinforced composite material in which a matrix resin is a thermoplastic acrylic polymer obtained from (a) a monomer represented by the following general formula (1) and (b) an acrylic monomer having an amide group. A fiber material has a functional group bonding to an amide group on the surface. Provided that in the general formula (1), Rrepresents H or CHand Rrepresents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms. |
