PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin or hair detergent composition which has excellent foam sustainability and rinsability so that combability after rising and collectability after drying may be improved in hairs, and sufficiently moist feeling may be imparted to a skin.SOLUTION: A skin or hair detergent composition contains following (A) and (B): (A) internal olefin sulfonate which has 12-24 carbons; and (B) oil solution of which solubility in water is 0-1g/100g at 20°C.
