PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for electrophotography, which can maintain transfer characteristics thereof and give good images for a long period of time even when images are repeatedly transferred.SOLUTION: A member for electrophotography includes a multilayer structure or a single-layer structure, in which an outermost layer of the member satisfies the following conditions A to C. A: The outermost layer contains perfluoropolyether and a binder resin, and a ratio of the number of fluorine atoms to the number of carbon atoms in the outermost layer is 0.10 or more and 0.40 or less. B: In aF-NMR spectrum of the outermost layer, a relaxation time T2 of a peak derived from CFmoieties of PFPE (perfluoropolyether) at 22°C is 13 msec or longer. C: A total content of CFmoieties, CFmoieties and CF moieties in the binder resin is 5 mass% or less.
