Buffer members (130) are mounted on both ends in the circumferential direction between two plate bodies (120) of a mass body (12) so as not to rotate with respect to the plate bodies (120), and the edges on both width direction sides of the outer circumferential face of a first side portion (131) and a second side portion (132), which abut a supporting member (11) according to vibration of the mass body (12), of each buffer member (130) are chamfered. Thus, when abutting (colliding), the buffer members (130) can be prevented from entering into (being sandwiched in) the gap between a side face of the supporting member (11) and a side face of the plate bodies (120). As a result, a large force acting on a portion of the buffer members (130) can be suppressed, and deterioration or damage to the buffer members (130) can be suppressed. |
