<p>A clip-on indexing adaptor for indexing different sizes or lengths of a medical device, such as an intramedullary nail, is provided. The clip-on indexing adaptor includes an elongate slide having proximal and distal ends, the elongate slide including a plurality of notched portions thereon; an indexing knob slidably coupled to the elongate slide, said indexing knob including first and second depressible tabs releasably engageable with the notched portions; and a jig receiving clip coupled to the distal end of said slide, the jig receiving clip including an inverted tab for receiving a jig assembly and at least one aperture for receiving a drill cable.</p> |
