<p>[Problem] To provide a nucleic acid amplification method whereby, in a PCR using dUTP as a substrate, PCR amplification can be performed even in the presence of a large amount of impurities originating from a biological sample. [Solution] A nucleic acid amplification method which comprises adding a biological sample, said sample having been not subjected to any purification step, to a nucleic acid amplification reaction solution and amplifying a target nucleic acid in the biological sample, characterized in that an enzyme to be used in the amplification is a DNA polymerase belonging to family B and the reaction solution contains deoxyuridine (dUTP).</p> |
