PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system and a control system for monitoring whether the operation status of an analog controller is normal.SOLUTION: A monitoring system 4 is provided to a power plant for monitoring an analog controller 2 that performs an analog logic operation on analog input signal. The monitoring system 4 includes: a digital logic operation section 41 that performs a digital logic operation corresponding to the analog logic operation on a first digital signal corresponding to the analog input signal to generate a second digital signal; an output processing section 42 that compares the second digital signal to a third digital signal corresponding to a result of the analog logic operation made by the analog controller; and a display section 44 that displays a comparison result made by the output processing section. |
