PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dentin hyperesthesia depressant allowing formation of a compact hydroxyapatite (HAp) layer on a dentin surface and precipitation of HAp in the deep part of a dentinal tubule to seal the dentinal tubule.SOLUTION: In a production method of a dentin hyperesthesia depressant, tetracalcium phosphate particles (A), an alkali metal salt of phosphoric acid (B), acid calcium phosphate particles (C) and a liquid or aqueous paste with water as a main component are mixed immediately before use. The dentin hyperesthesia depressant is rubbed into a dentin surface to seal a dentinal tubule.
