PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a second mold having excellent releasability.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method is of a second mold with an uneven pattern of a first mold transferred thereon. The manufacturing method of a second mold includes: a transfer step of holding a molding material having curable property between the first mold and a base material and forming an uneven layer transferred from the uneven pattern of the first mold, on the base material; a separation step of separating the uneven layer and the first mold; and a corona discharge treatment step of performing a corona discharge treatment on a surface of the uneven layer separated from the first mold.
