<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active ester of a triazine dicarboxylate, being a monomer useful for the production of a polymer useful for applications for electric and electronic components by reducing the content of ionic impurities. <P>SOLUTION: The active ester of the triazine dicarboxylate is represented by formula (A) (wherein, R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is a divalent aromatic residue containing one or more kinds of elements selected from O, N, S, F and Si in the structure, or a 1-12C divalent organic group; and R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>is a 1-4C alkyl group or a 6-8C aromatic residue). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
