<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated stainless steel plate hardly generating enamel hair even in the process of shearing, and a method of producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A coating pretreatment film 130 is formed by applying a coating pretreatment liquid, i.e., an aqueous solution of pH 7 to 13 comprising a water soluble resol-type phenolic resin, and a silane coupling agent comprising an amino group or an epoxy group, and containing no metallic component, onto a surface of a stainless steel plate 110. Subsequently, a coating material is applied onto the coating pretreatment film 130 to form a coating film 140. By carrying out the coating pretreatment using the coating pretreatment liquid, the coating pretreatment film 130 of excellent adhesion to the substrate and to the coating film 140, and of excellent film cohesion and excellent flexibility, can be produced while suppressing forming of a substrate reaction layer 120. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
