<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collimator module for a multi-array X-ray detector, capable of removing scattered rays in a channel direction and a slice direction and being easily manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: A first X-ray absorption member 101 has a plate shape, of which plate thickness direction is in a channel direction CH and both plate faces are parallel to an irradiation direction of X-rays, with one plate face having a plurality of grooves extending along the irradiation direction of X-rays. A plurality of the first X-ray absorption members 101 are laminated in the channel direction CH to be bonded. The plurality of the laminated first X-ray absorption members 101 constitute wallboards 100x having X-ray absorbency arranged to form a lattice in the channel direction and the slice direction of a multi-array X-ray detector 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
