The present invention makes it possible to provide hydrogen water with a pouch container. Inside a sealed pouch container (1) are contained: a beverage including at least water; and a hydrogen-producing substance (30) for generating hydrogen gas by reacting with water. Thus, even if hydrogen turns into gas and leaks outside from, for example, a seal part of the pouch container (1), hydrogen gas is newly generated by the reaction between the water and the hydrogen-producing substance (30) inside the pouch container (1), and it is possible to provide hydrogen water in which hydrogen gas is sufficiently dissolved, even after long-time storage. For example, the hydrogen-producing substance (30) may be contained inside a straw (20), or may be kneaded into an exterior sheet material (40). |
