Provided is a resin-coated seamless aluminum can (10) wherein polyester resin coatings (5, 7) are respectively formed on the inner and outer surfaces. This resin-coated seamless aluminum can (10) is characterized in that: the polyester resin coatings (5, 7) are formed on the inner and outer surfaces of an aluminum can base (1), respectively with chromium-free inorganic surface treatment films (3, 3) interposed therebetween; and the polyester resin coatings (5, 7) are formed of a low crystallinity polyester into which a copolymer unit derived from a dibasic acid and a copolymer unit derived from a trivalent or higher-valent polybasic acid are introduced. Easily formable chromium-free inorganic surface treatment films, which can be formed by a common chemical conversion treatment using a treatment liquid that contains no organic compound, are formed on the surfaces of an aluminum base, and the chromium-free inorganic surface treatment films exhibit excellent adhesion to resin coatings formed on the surfaces thereof, especially to a resin coating that is formed on the outer surface. This resin-coated seamless aluminum can is effectively prevented from the generation of scratches on the outer surface during a forming process or during a post-processing process after the forming process, while effectively solving the problem of neck-in during the formation of a resin coating by extrusion laminating. |
