The present invention pertains to a rubber grafter copolymer composed of a rubber polymer part and a graft polymer part, wherein the rubber graft copolymer has a unit obtained from a phosphazene derivative as a constituent element. This rubber graft copolymer functions as an impact modifier while flame retardancy and heat resistance of the thermoplastic resin are kept at a high level. |
