<p>Disclosed is an oilless bearing manufacturing process system. The present invention automatically sorts oilless bearings formed by a forming-processing step of forming metal powder to have a porous form by a forming press; a defected oilless bearing sorting step of sorting the defected oilless bearings formed by the forming-processing step using a sorting means and removing the defected articles; a transferring step of loading the good oilless bearings sorted by the defected bearing sorting step on a tray and transferring the tray via a transferring device; a sintering step of loading and sintering the tray transferred by the transferring device on a sintering furnace; an impregnation step of correcting and impregnating the oilless bearing on the tray has gone through the sintering step. Therefore, the present invention can improve productivity and workability when comparing with an existing manual sorting task. In the other words, the present invention is capable of reducing the defected bearings, improving the workability, productivity, and reliability about products by promoting the manufacture of the oilless bearing with the minimum manpower in all steps as tasks for inspecting the defected oilless bearings formed by a forming device and loading the oilless bearings on the tray are automated.</p> |
