<p>PURPOSE: A machining center with an automatic table transfer device is provided to reduce the work time by carrying a table to a machining position with a simple button operation. CONSTITUTION: A machining center(100) with an automatic table transfer device comprises one or more workpiece feeding units, a table, a servo motor(120), a servo controller(130), a control window(110), a memory unit(140), and a main controller(160). The table transfers a workpiece from one of the workpiece feeding units to a machining position. The servo motor activates the table. The servo controller controls the drive of the servo motor. One of the workpiece feeding units is selected through a one-touch selection button of the control window. The memory unit stores transfer sequence program for movement between the machining position and the workpiece feeding unit. The main controller calls one of the moving sequence programs according to a selection signal from the selection button and controls the servo controller according to the selected moving sequence program.</p> |
