PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor drive device capable of reducing biting phenomenon of a rotation pump to air and achieving stable suction of lubrication oil to the rotation pump by stabilizing an oil level in an oil tank during acceleration, deceleration, and turning of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An in-wheel motor lubrication device 21 comprises an oil tank 22d for lubrication oil, and a rotation pump 51 for circulating the lubrication oil in a housing 22 or in the vicinity of the housing 22.
