PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which increases light extraction efficiency.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 1000 comprises: an LTCC substrate 1 having a light-emitting region lying on an upper part of the LTCC substrate and a peripheral region that surrounds the light-emitting region of the upper part of the LTCC substrate; a light reflecting layer provided on the light-emitting region of the LTCC substrate; a plurality of LED chips provided on the light reflecting layer; a positive electrode external connection terminal 8 and a negative electrode external connection terminal 7 which are provided in the peripheral region and away from any edge of the LTCC substrate; a plurality of wiring patterns which connect the plurality of LED chips with the positive electrode external terminal and the negative electrode external connection terminal and is provided on the upper part of the LTCC substrate; and a sealing resin 6 which does not cover the peripheral region but covers the light-emitting region and seals the plurality of LED chips. |
