PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff member and a cuff member unit capable of making a puncture angle small.SOLUTION: In cuff members 1 and 1A comprising sponge-like synthetic resin, and provided with a puncturing tube insertion hole 2 into which a living body puncturing tube is inserted, the puncturing tube insertion hole 2 is pierced from a rear face 1R or a lateral face 1S of the cuff member overlapped on a living body surface to a front face 1F of the cuff member. The front face 1F is provided with a low place 1b and a high place 1a having a different height from the rear face 1R, and a step surface 1c between the low place and the high place. The puncturing tube insertion hole 2 extends from the step surface 1c to the rear face 1R or the lateral face 1S in a direction inclined or parallel to the rear face 1R. The high place 1a comprises a curve surface protrudingly curved.
