<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a job error caused by the shortage of free capacity of memory when private printing is performed, by securing a state allowing an operator to sufficiently manage data to be printed. <P>SOLUTION: A private printing instruction receiving unit 302 receives an instruction to execute private printing, a display control unit 303 controls the display 315 of a PC 31 to display a message to quicken inputting of an instruction to remove restriction.
