PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plate which is excellent in aesthetic property and designability by suppressing the occurrence of cracking, distortion and the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative plate which comprises a substrate 10, a decorative sheet 20 provided on one surface side of the substrate 10 and a holding part 30 for holding the decorative sheet 20 on one surface side of the substrate 10 without bonding the decorative sheet 20 and the substrate 10. In addition, an area in plain view of the decorative sheet 20 preferably is smaller than an area in plain view of the substrate 10.
