<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate comprising a non-thermoplastic polyimide layer as an insulation layer and a thermoplastic polyimide layer, laminated in this order on one side of metal foil, and ensuring good adhesiveness under eased conditions even when the thermoplastic polyimide layer is made thinner. <P>SOLUTION: In the laminate comprising a non-thermoplastic polyimide layer and a thermoplastic polyimide layer, laminated in this order on one side of metal foil, end groups of the thermoplastic polyimide forming the thermoplastic polyimide layer are blocked with 1-15 mol%, relative to constructional units of the thermoplastic polyimide, of one selected from mono-functional acid anhydrides, mono-functional amines and mixtures of mono-functional acid anhydrides with mono-functional amines. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
