<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an over-molded container of high quality with an outer uniformly covered. <P>SOLUTION: When molding an outer 20a by injecting molten resin to the outside of an inner bottle 10a disposed in a mold 50a, a positioning step is performed by using a columnar rod 60a. The inner bottle comprises: a neck part 13 downward extended from the opening 14 of an upper end; and a containing part 12 integrally continued to the neck part. The end 64 of the columnar rod is formed into a shape of engaging with the shape of a bottom face 16 of an inner bottle inside 11. In the positioning step, the neck part is fixed, the rod is inserted from the opening of the inner bottle toward the bottom face, and is made to abut on the bottom face so that an end shape 66a of the rod engages with the shape 30a of the bottom face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
