The purpose of the present invention is to provide a battery module, the temperature of which can be uniformed independently of materials. The battery module of the present invention has: a first heat-dissipating plate and a second heat-dissipating plate; a laminate battery group disposed between the first heat-dissipating plate and the second heat dissipating-plate and formed by stacking two or more laminate batteries; and a chassis for housing the laminate battery group, the first heat-dissipating plate, and the second heat dissipating-plate. A third heat-dissipating plate is disposed between two laminate batteries in the laminate battery group. The first heat-dissipating plate, the second heat dissipating-plate, and the third heat-dissipating plate each have: a contact portion that contacts the chassis; and a plane portion that faces and contacts the laminate battery. The plane portion of the first heat-dissipating plate and the plane portion of the second heat dissipating-plate are each provided with a plurality of openings. |
