<p>A device, method, and recording medium for providing a user interface for video editing are disclosed. According to the present invention, when a mobile device is turned upright in the vertical direction while video editing software executed in the mobile device is used in the horizontal direction, a graphical user interface for selecting a video clip and inserting the video clip into a timeline is rotated and then displayed on one side of a screen after the size thereof is dynamically adjusted, and a reference line, which corresponds to an object for visually displaying a timeline, is displayed on the other side of the screen in a form where the reference line extends along the horizontal axis while the vertical coordinate of the reference line increases or decreases with reference to one or more inflection points. Further, icons representing video clips on the timeline, respectively, are rearranged along the reference line.</p> |
