<p>The present invention relates to a device for treating skin. The device can make micro-holes on the skin during procedures of obesity treatment, skin treatment, and scalp treatment in order to regenerate the skin by using self-healing ability of the skin. The device can apply a treating agent on the skin and makes the treating agent rapidly penetrate into the skin through the micro-holes. A needle mechanism by which the device acts as a tool during an operation such as the scalp treatment is applied to the device. In addition, the treating agent is filled in and integrated into a needle of the device. Therefore, when the device is used, a procedure of applying the treating agent is not needed. The treating agent in the needle is applied on the skin and penetrates into the skin when the device makes a hole on the skin at the same time. According to the present invention, a new type of the needle and a skin stimulating means integrated with the treating agent are provided. The device for treating skin enables the treating agent in a sufficiently large amount to quickly penetrate into the skin, particularly the dermis. Therefore, the device can increase effects treatments such as scalp treatment.
