<p>The purpose of the present invention is to display, in a readily understandable manner, the relationship between vital data of a patient and activity information indicating medical activities, nursing activities, and assistance activities for the same patient. A patient-condition ascertainment screen (50) includes: a temperature-chart area (51); a coordination area (52); a patient-basic-information area (53); a "ToDo" area (54); a chat area (55); and a notice-board area (56). In the temperature-chart area (51), patient vital data measured by a plurality of health care professionals is graphed and displayed. In the coordination area (52), activity categories (prescription, medical activity, service, imaging) are arranged on a vertical axis (52b) in relation to a horizontal axis (51a) (date and time) shared with the temperature-chart area (51). In the prescription field, the medical activity field, the service field, and the imaging field of the coordination area (52), marks are respectively displayed in positions corresponding to the dates and times at which the respective activities were performed.</p> |
