<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a fermented tea of an oriental raisin tree including the fruit of the oriental raisin tree. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a fermented tea of an oriental raisin tree including the fruit of the oriental raisin tree, comprising: a step of obtaining a fermentation product by inoculating 0.01-0.5 parts by weight of lactobacillus to 100 parts by weight of a fruit extract of an oriental raisin tree, and fermenting at 35-40°C for 24-48 hours; a step of forming a lump by concentrating the fermentation product to become 65-70 Brix, and adding 5-30 parts by weight of dextrin to 100 parts by weight of the fermentation product; and a step of drying the lump at 40-60°C for 24-48 hours, and a fermented tea of oriental raisin tree manufactured thereby.</p> |
