PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rectifier module which allows for reduction in the number of components, the size and weight, and the cost, and to obtain a power converter using the same.SOLUTION: Rectifier modules 10a, 10b including a series circuit, where four or more rectifier elements constituting at least first and second rectification sections 200a, 200b and first and second backflow prevention sections 300a, 300b are connected in series, and formed as one package is applied to a power converter having the first and second rectification sections 200a, 200b for rectifying an AC power supply 1, a smoothing capacitor 5 for smoothing the voltage after rectification, and the first and second backflow prevention sections 300a, 300b for preventing backflow of a current from the smoothing capacitor 5 to the first and second rectification sections 200a, 200b side. |
