摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a multi-channel magnetic sensor device capable of disposing all the sensor surfaces of a plurality of sensor elements on a predetermined same plane regulated with respect to a frame.SOLUTION: Manufacturing steps of a magnetic sensor device 8 includes: preparing a frame 20 that is formed with a plurality of mounting holes 23 penetrating from an upper end face 21 to a lower end face 22, and a grinding reference surface 26 orthogonally crossing with axial lines L of the respective mounting holes 23; next, inserting respective magnetic sensor elements 13 in the respective mounting holes 23, with sensor surfaces 13a of the respective magnetic sensor elements 13 facing one side; positioning the magnetic sensor elements 13 in the direction of the axis lines L of the mounting holes 23, with the grinding reference surface 26 defined as a reference and causing the sensor surfaces 13a to protrude from the upper end openings 23a of the mounting holes 23; then, filling the respective mounting holes 23 with resin 29 to fix the respective magnetic sensor elements 13 to the frame 20; and after that, grinding the surfaces of the sensor faces 13a with the grinding reference face 26 defined as the reference.
