PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treating tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα)-related disorders, which includes administering a low dose of a TNFα inhibitor.SOLUTION: There is provided a treatment method using Etanercept or Remicade, which is a human antibody, such as a recombinant human antibody, that binds to soluble hTNFα with high affinity and slow dissociation kinetics and that has the capacity to treat disorders in which TNFα activity is detrimental. |
