<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that sets an appropriate balance between an image quality and a processing time in accordance with a scene for use. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 1 generates a composite image by combining plural original images obtained by imaging a sample 11 in different exposure conditions. A setting acquiring unit 41 acquires setting of balance between an image quality of the composite image input to a GUI screen, and a processing time necessary for generating the composite image. An imaging condition extracting unit 42 determines a photographing mode including the number of original images to be combined, and exposure conditions of the original image, on the basis of the setting acquired by the setting acquiring unit 41. An imaging apparatus body 20 generates original images as many as the number of original images determined by the imaging condition extracting unit 42 by imaging the sample 11 in each of the exposure conditions determined by the imaging condition extracting unit 42. At this time, the imaging condition extracting unit 42 determines the photographing mode from at least a speed emphasized mode in which the processing time is given a priority than the image quality of the composite image, and an image-quality emphasized mode in which the image quality is given a priority than the processing time for the composite image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
