<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam turbine wherein a pressure loss is small because separation of a steam flow in a steam inlet part does not occur. <P>SOLUTION: The steam turbine 1 includes: an outer casing 2; an inner casing 4 stored in the outer casing 2; and a blade ring 22 supported in the inner casing 4, for fixing stationary blades 20. The inner casing 4 has: a nearly cylindrical outer plate 16; and support plates 18 fixed on the inner circumferential face of the outer plate 16, and supporting the blade ring 22. A blade ring 20A fixed with the first stage stationary blade 20 and the support plate 18A supporting it form the inner wall face 6A of the flat steam inlet part 6, and the inner wall face 6A is inclined to a rotor shaft orthogonal direction such that the width W of the steam inlet part 6 becomes wider as it goes away from a rotor 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
