<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine part capable of suppressing cracks or deformations of members inserted in the machine part while ensuring fixing strength even in assembly of dissimilar materials, a method for manufacturing the machine part, and a timepiece. <P>SOLUTION: First slits 31 extending in radial directions are formed in spoke parts 23 in a second gear wheel, respectively. The first slit 31 has a radial direction inside end communicating with the inside of a press-fitting hole 25 of a hub part 22, and an outside end extending up to a radial direction midway part of the spoke part 23. The radial direction inside end of the spoke part 23 is branched into two like a fork by the first slit 31. The spoke part 23 is constituted of a pair of arm parts 23a sandwiching the first slit 31 and facing each other in a circumferential direction and a base part 23b connecting the arm parts 23a to each other at the radial direction outside end.
