<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen structure which can improve features of a kitchen. <P>SOLUTION: The kitchen structure comprises stairs 3 having an under-stair space 4 in which storage furniture 5 (e.g. storage bodies 11, 12, 13 and 14) is housed and a kitchen facility 6 having a kitchen counter 7 and a hanging cabinet 9 etc. in a kitchen area 2 inside a building 1. The kitchen facility 6 is placed in front of and at a distance from the storage furniture 5 housed in the under-stair space 4 to form work space 10 between the kitchen facility 6 and the storage furniture 5.
