An example method includes determining a first set of one or more jobs based on one or more criteria; accessing successful hire data pertaining to one or more jobs of the first set of one or more jobs; and employing the successful hire data to provide one or more natural language suggestions in response thereto. The successful hire data may represent data characterizing one or more persons that have been previously hired to the one or more jobs and who is associated with a performance metric that surpasses a threshold. In a more specific embodiment, the method further includes comparing user data with the successful hire data, and using comparison results to provide the one or more natural language suggestions in response thereto.
