1. A compound of formula wherein R1 is a one or two membered heteroaryl group, selected from the group consisting of R2 is hydrogen or halogen; or R1 and R2 may form together with the carbon atoms to with they are attached the following rings R3 is hydrogen, halogen or lower alkyl;
