1. A method to operate a magnetic resonance apparatus having a data acquisition unit, said method comprising:
in a computerized control unit, generating control signals that, when supplied to said data acquisition unit, cause said data acquisition unit to operate with a level of audible noise; and upon detection of a predetermined event by said control unit, operating said data acquisition unit in a noise volume-reduced operating mode by altering at least one of said control signals in a manner that reduces said level of audible noise. |
